Centre For Environment,  Climate Change &  Sustainable Development

The extinction of human civilization can be very closely analyzed in the 21st century with the rising temperatures, melting glaciers, depleting freshwater reserves to increasingly toxic ting water and air. The world today is witnessing the impact of climate change more than ever with the alarming rise in the global temperatures. The Centre for environment, climate change and sustainable development at the Political and Consilium Research Institute, has been established to address the the contemporary as well as future threat post by the climate change on humanity as a whole. The centre for environment, climate change and sustainable development at pcri has laid out key emphasis in areas by framing are initiatives in accordance to the Paris climate Accord in pursuance to work forward to limit global warming below 2 degrees and to limit it further to the  1.5 degrees.

Furthermore, the centre aims to create an inclusive platform of environmentalists, climate activist as well as youth to build a blockchain to further cement our targets for building back together towards a more greener planet through the means of sustainable & inclusive development. Meanwhile, the centre will collaborate with the Indian Ministry of environment and climate change, civil societies and international agencies like the United Nations to further enhance our voice towards climate advocacy.
